| The waiver of Import Duty and Excise Tax is granted in accordance with Item 42, under Part 2B of the Customs Tariff. |
| Application letters must be accompanied by the following: |
| - Correspondence from the Chief Licensing Officer confirming the grant of a licence to operate the tour bus. |
| - NIS clearance certificate (where applicable) |
| - Inland Revenue tax clearance certificate (where applicable) |
