must be accompanied by the following: |

A receipt confirming payment of the $2000.00 renewal fee; |

Income Tax Clearance certificate; |
| -
NIS Clearance certificate; |

VAT Clearance certificate.

| The decision of the
Minister of Finance is formally communicated to the applicant. |
