The Department has a Customer Service Section, which is located on the Ground Floor (Wharf End) of the Treasury Building. Persons are welcomed to visit this section for assistance in completing their Tax Return Forms or to inquire into any personal tax matter or simply to seek general information. Pamphlets on a variety of tax subjects are also made available to the public.

During the filing period, March to April, the section is opened to the public after normal working hours and on weekends to facilitate persons seeking assistance at that time.
