Mr. Frank
Forde completed his studies in Accountancy in 1989. He attended the London
School of Accountancy and Emilewoolf College in London. He became a member
of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountant in 1990 and was
made a Fellow of that Association in 1995. He is also a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
Mr. Forde
has attended many seminars, conferences and workshops on taxation. He
has served in the Barbados Public Service in various capacities –
the two most recent being Professional Accountant and Head of the Audit
Division between 1993 and 1995, and as Deputy Commissioner, Inland Revenue
Department from June, 1995 to present.
